Ian Coles
Ian has more than 30 years experience of launching and growing payments businesses with senior roles in Santander, Mastercard and HSBC. He founded Pinnacle Payment Consulting in 2015 supporting issuers and acquirers globally. He co-founded Pinnacle Payment Economics with Adam in 2023.

Adam Hozaifa
Adam has more than 15 years of payments experience, as an industry practitioner working for both Visa and Mastercard, as well as a payments consultant, having delivered 35+ projects for schemes, issuers and acquirers around the world. He is an expert in payment economics and pricing, with detailed knowledge of interchange and scheme fees. Prior to payments industry roles, Adam worked at Deloitte and KPMG as a strategy consultant.
