We've sat in your seat.
SchemeSense is brought to you by Pinnacle Payment Economics — a team of practitioners, consultants, data scientists and engineers who have spent 20+ years inside the world's banks, schemes, processors and payment businesses. That's why our analysis and advice is designed to be implemented, not just admired.
It's also why our technology works. SchemeSense is grounded in how payment economics actually behave in the real world — scheme fees, interchange, incentive agreements, merchant and product pricing — not how they look on paper. Our platform has been built by practitioners for practitioners and enables the job to get done faster, more accurately and cheaper.
What unites us
Different backgrounds, different specialisms, one shared focus: turning the complexity of payment economics into clarity and measurable client profit.
Senior practitioners
20+ years of experience on average, with hands-on experience inside global banks, card schemes, processors and acquirers — not theory from a textbook.
Profitability-obsessed
Every engagement is measured against one outcome: improving our clients' bottom line. Not the size of a deck, nor the elegance of our slide designs. Insight that doesn't lead to a P&L impact isn't useful.
Globally distributed
Local market knowledge across the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia Pacific — paired with a single global perspective on payment economics.
